How are your products tested?

Before putting any item on the market for the first time, our products are always tested for compliance with the relevant EU safety regulations, e.g. EN71. Repeated tests are carried out regularly afterwards. Articles delivered to the USA are tested for compliance with the US toy safety regulations (e.g. ASTM).

Please contact us if you have specific questions about our safety guidelines.

What measures are taken to ensure the social compatibility?

About half of our toys are produced in Germany and the other half in the Far East.
There are strict conditions for all our production partners in the Far East. Therefore, each factory has to have a valid ICTI certificate which states that the production complies with the globally recognised minimum social standard, e.g. no child labour.

The ICTI Ethical Toy Program is an independent organisation working on the guarantee and improvement of ethical and sustainability standards in the global toy industry. https://www.ethicaltoyprogram.org/en/

Moreover, external auditors inspect all our factories regularly.
If you have any specific question concerning the social compatibility, please do not hesitate to contact us by using our contact form.
